- This plan is reserved for our extremly large clients
- Due to the complex nature of the requirements for our clients of this size, all Platinum Plans will contain custom SLAs and pricing.
NOTE: Prices do not include travel expenses.
* TICKET RESOLUTION: The resolution times in the SLA refer to Help Desk tickets (Standard Maintenance/Support Tasks, Creation/Configuration of SharePoint artifacts, etc.) only. For Work Orders (any ticket that requires business analysis, design and/or coding), the ticket will be claimed and estimated accoding to the SLA, based on the information available at that time. Work Orders estimated at over 50 hours will require a separate Statement of Work with our consulting branch.
